  • If you’re interested solely in the recipe, skip this bullet point and keep on reading. For those interested in sourcing nutrient-dense food, low-toxic household products, and discounts on brands that may support your AB journey, you may find value in my product guides. Head over to this page if you’d like to check them out. All are free (and always will be).

Freeze the bananas.

  • Slice the banana into chunks and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  • Note: do this ahead of time if you're able to. I usually slice my bananas and pop them in the freezer a day or two before I plan to make this protein shake.

Make the protein shake.

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
  • Note: this protein shake is best enjoyed fresh, but will stay good in the fridge for 12-24 hours. It may lose some of its thickness after being stored in the fridge.
