If a visual will help, watch the Instagram Reel for this recipe.

    Prep work:

    • Soak the dates in a bowl with water for 1-2 hours, then drain all of the water.
    • Melt the ghee on your stovetop.

Add all ingredients to your food processor.

    • Note: If you're not using Carnivore Crisps beef flour (ASHLEYR for 10% off), use the instructions in this recipe to make your own beef flour. And if making your own beef flour, I'd add a few dashes of sea salt to the mixture as Carnivore Crisps beef flour is already salted.
    • Add the beef flour, melted ghee, and soaked dates to your food processor.
    • Blend until smooth. A thick dough will form. For a visual, see the Instagram Reel for this recipe.

Roll the dough into little balls and place them in the fridge.

    • Grab a small section of the dough and roll it into whatever size ball you want (I made 12), then place it on top of parchment paper on a plate. Repeat until you've used all the dough, then place the plate in the refrigerator.
    • Note: you can probably do without the parchment paper since the bites aren't very sticky. I just prefer to use it to minimize messy dishes.
    • I recommend storing these bites in an airtight container in the fridge. If stored at room temperature (or warmer), they will soften considerably, especially if it's hot out.
