I’ve been animal based for a short while and the simplicity of this diet was worth how amazing I’m feeling but looking at your recipes has got me extremely excited, I never thought I’d get this excited about food again unless I had a “cheat” meal thank you so much

My first time doing animal based diet and I was so nervous because I do have a sweet tooth. Seeing these recipes has me inspired! Is vanilla extract ok on AB diet?

I have not found a clear answer to this, however I have heard that Paul uses vanilla in his Carnivore Code Cookbook, so I assume so. I do occasionally use non-animal-based-approved foods in my recipes (i.e. chocolate). Those foods make up a very small percentage of the foods I use (maybe less than 5%?) however, and my readers just leave out whatever they don’t tolerate well.
