hi, for the pancakes is better use this recipe or the pancakes?
you forgot to add eggs on this recipe on the ingredients list, tks

Hello. I’d follow the pancake recipe for the pancakes, and this one for the waffles. You could use this one for the pancakes if you want. Thanks for the heads up on the eggs! I added them.
hi! if i were to use the batter as bread, would i just pour it into a bread pan and bake it? if so for how long
Author
I’m not sure. I plan to make plantain flour bread in the future, but haven’t tested it out yet. My best guess would be around 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Just bake it until the center is fully cooked through, however long that takes.
Are these crispy waffles??? Can you describe the taste?

They come out pretty dense and crispy! Not as crispy as “regular” waffles, but I wouldn’t call them soft at all. The plantain flavor comes through the most for me.
Girl – these waffles are AMAZING. Definitely my favorite plantain flour recipe to date. Only change I made was adding in an extra egg white (just cause I had one) and subbed raw milk for some of the water. YUMMY.
