If you like deals: I created one giant hub that lists out the products I (and my family) use and/or recommend with explanations about each. I am also partnered with the majority of these companies and have plenty of discount codes available for use. To take advantage of the deals (or if you’re curious to learn more about what I and my family use to optimize our health), check out my Discounts Hub here.
Product guides
I create product guides to make sourcing nutrient-dense food and shopping for low-toxic household products easy.
What I go for when it comes to the products I use (and the products my family uses) is bare minimum ingredients that still get the job done. I use this same “compass” to select products for these guides.
In the low-toxic deodorant guide, for example, all options are free of aluminum, talc, silica, propylene glycol, triclosan, phthalates, parabens, fragrance, and other harmful ingredients found in conventional deodorants because no one needs any of those things.
Instead, you’ll see ingredients like beef tallow, coconut oil, arrowroot powder, clays, butters, and beeswax, all of which encourage proper functioning of sweat glands and are not antiperspirants.
Is deodorant necessary? No. But if you like deodorant and want to use it, there are clean options available that won’t harm your body. My goal with these guides is to connect you to products like this.
Same with toothpaste. Is it necessary? Some say no. But if you like toothpaste and want to use it, I assume you’d rather use a product that isn’t harming you.
Each product guide is clickable, so you can shop right from the PDF. If available, I include discount codes and bulk purchasing options that will give you the most savings.
If you’re familiar with my Discounts page, note that the below guides include those products, plus many more. While the Discounts page includes the products my family and I personally use, these product guides provide many other options for families and people with a variety of needs.
