How to make Tomato-Free Thousand Island Dressing

Blend the Duck Fat Mayonnaise, Manuka honey, and apple cider vinegar until the mixture comes out smooth.

Fold in the minced pickles (or relish) and salt to taste.

It’s as easy as that!

Add it to your steaks, use it to dip Pork Belly Chips, smear it on top of a Carnivore Baguette, or drizzle it over some Loaded Burger Bowls.

Store in the fridge in an air-tight container.

Tips to make the best Tomato-Free Thousand Island Dressing

  • For almost all of my sauce recipes, I recommend storing them in a condiment squeeze bottle. The pickles/relish in this one clog the opening and prevent the sauce from squeezing out of the bottle, so store in an airtight container instead.
